Phases
Meditation I
This series offers many different Meditation techniques to teach you the basics on relaxation. You will learn to relax the body through breathing, and to focus the mind so you can “go within”. By releasing the energies of the day, you will learn to open your mind and your heart. Then you will find that world of peace and guidance that you always knew existed.

Meditation II
If you are ready to Shift Consciousness, this class is for you! Join us in this six week class and take a quantum leap in awareness. Through meditation you will learn to heal, free and renew your sense of self.
This six week series is all about using Meditation for growth. You will learn how to free yourself from the energy agreements with others. You will learn how to direct healing energies throughout your body. From Manifestation to Accessing Divine Mind, this class takes you within on a journey of self exploration and renewal.
